Programme description | The history of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań begins as early as in 1919. Today we form one of Poland's leading research centres in mathematics which has been confirmed by many research grants of the National Science Centre. The Faculty has also an outstanding reputation in undergraduate and postgraduate education. The aim of the MSc Programme in Mathematics which we offer is to deepen knowledge of mathematical theories, building on student's experience on a Bachelor's level. Students acquire the ability to work on mathematical problems independently, solve them with the use of mathematical tools, express themselves clearly on academic issues. With a Master's degree in Mathematics from the Adam Mickiewicz University, you will get qualified for many jobs in private and public sector including financial institutions.
