Women across cultures: a Polish-Algerian Exchange

The idea of the course is to create a unique opportunity for an intellectual exchange between the Algerian and Polish students (as well as the international Erasmus students at AMU). The course is meant to inspire discussion and comparative analysis of the position of women in Poland and Algeria, both understood as different types of semi-peripheral societies. The program will include classes run by gender researchers and teachers from Poland as well as a gender scholar from Algeria.
